Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service within 2 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange the item for a replacement of equal value, or issue a full refund upon return of the damaged item.

 

Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Shipping fees for returned items are the customer's responsibility.

  • We do not accept returns for items that are not damaged.

Please note that all sales are final, except for items that are damaged upon receipt. Damaged items must be reported to our customer service within 2 days of delivery and returned in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.
